Scheduling Handle incoming calls according to configurations that are based on time-of-day and day-of-week. Greet callers with different messages for business hours and after hours. After hours, route callers to available personal. Call handling settings change automatically or manually. Modes can be switched manually, via your telephone using touch-tone commands, or they can be pre-configured in the TalkSwitch software by activating 'Use Automatic Mode Switching'. Record your messages and or announcements for each mode. Have one announcement for your office hours and one for your after-office hours. After hours callers can be informed of important information such as hours of operation, company address or any other relevant information such as special promotions. Even if you close for lunch, you can configure your TalkSwitch to let callers know a better time to call back. |
