Call Forwarding Allows you to have calls forwarded, either manually or automatically, to any local or remote extension, to a ring group, or voice mailbox. Forward calls to: Internal Local Extensions. Remote Extensions, such as pagers, cell phones or any other out of office telephone number, including long distance numbers. Ring Groups, such as a group of extensions that ring in unison. Voice Mailboxes. Calls can be forwarded manually, or from the auto attendant. Forward calls using pre-configured Call Cascade sequences so that you can be found whether you are in the office or on the road. Callers hear music-on-hold during all transfers. Screen calls with our Call Screening feature. Combining Call Forwarding, Call Cascade, Remote Extensions and Auto Attendants creates a powerful method to consolidate all your remote offices and telecommuting employees.
