Call Pick up / Call Grab Pick up calls from extensions other than your own. Call Grab and Call Pick up are useful when a call is ringing at another local extension and no one is there to pick it up. Instead of running over to the other phone, transfer the call to your desk. Call Pick Up : A call ringing at a local extension can be re-routed to your extension by picking up your extension and pressing * 7. This can only be done if the auto attendant has not answered the incoming call. Call Grab: A call ringing at a local extension can be re-routed at any time to your extension by lifting your local extension and pressing * 7 and the extension number. The call is re-routed to your extension. This can be done at any time.
