Quantities and Different Products on One Shipment

You can order one or more different product items and save on shipping costs, just e-mail a list of goods with items numbers and quantities, the ship to state and

zip code for USA or Province and Postal Code for Canada, and we will e-mail back the cost break down and a secure way to make on-line payment with PayPal -

Shipping within Canada:

We shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost or Parcel Post depending on the items within Canada.  Usually one to two business days for Vancouver and 2 to 7 business days delivery time for rest of Canada.   For faster service, customer may supply their Canadian UPS or FedEx account.

 
Shipping to Continental United States:

We ship product using Canada Post via ( US Priority Mail ) to the USA, usually 7 to 12 business days delivery time.  Any tariffs or duties payable are the
responsibility of the receiver. 

Orders are shipped usually in one to two days with a confirmation via e-mail and a tracking number on higher valve shipments.  If there is a problem on product availability or pricing we will notify you with suggested options and ask for instructions.

Shipping Internationally:

International orders are appraised individually and may not be accepted.  Additional shipping charges apply, PayPal payments are only accepted, products are mail via Canada Post with no tracking at customer own risk of loss.  Additional  costs may apply for customs documentations.  E-mail product inquiry with shipping address.

Free Shipping Included with Price:

Some products are priced with shipping included.  These products are small enough to mail within continental Canada or USA or both at a reasonable mail cost.
Tax is added to Canadian shipments and no taxes for shipments to United States. All charges are listed on the PayPal invoice before payment.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect HST for all orders shipped within Canada. 

12% HST for British Columbia

15% HST for Nova Scotia

13% HST for Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador

5% HST for Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon

Products shipped to the Continental USA are not charged Sales Tax.

Products shipped via Canada Post Mail to the USA via USPS (United States Postal Service), please be aware that the delivery time varies and we are not always able to track your package .

Return:

We stand behind our products with a 30 day return policy and no restocking fees for items returned in compliance
with our return policy. No credit will be issued for returns that do not meet the criteria below. If you need to return
an item please contact us by phone or e-mail to obtain the required RMA number.

Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc.). Products must be in original
product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused. This includes no writing on packaging, UPC's intact, etc.
Product must be returned prepaid within 30 days of the delivery date (your expense) through a traceable
means (e.g. certified mail, UPS or Xpresspost for Canada). All included items including components,
manuals and warranty cards must be returned. Pack items in the original product packaging, securely, well padded,
inside of a shipping carton. DO NOT use the product packaging as the return shipping container,
DO NOT lay items loosely inside shipping container (i.e. without padding) and DO NOT return item in an envelope
unless the item was shipped to you in a padded envelope. A clear return address and RMA number must be on the
outside of the shipping package. Installed equipment of headsets, software and data products are
nonreturnable. Defective items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty. Special order and value-added
items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty. Items not in compliance with return
policy will not be refunded.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless and item is received defective or in error. Should you encounter problems
with the items you have purchased, Cords Plus will more than happy to help diagnose and correct the problem.

Return of Power Extension Cords and Connectors:

Power cords and power connectors will be accepted for a refund per stated in return policy when the wrong size has been ordered.  Product to be returned prepaid and the original shipping costs deducted from refund.  Orders of 20 units and over will be subject to a 20% restocking and inspection charge and will be accepted for return and refund at our  discretion.

Warranty:

Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in seeking repair or

We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
with respect to any goods or services sold to you.

Privacy:

We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. It absolutely
will NOT be shared/sold/distributed to other companies. Please note that in the case of orders shipped directly from
our supplier we will need to provide them with your shipping address.

Errors:

While we strive to provide accurate pricing and information on our website, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee
to its accuracy. We will honor pricing errors to the best of our ability but do not guarantee to honor all pricing errors. We
will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your order.
